I have commissioned Red House Construction to manage a range of design and build projects for over 20 years now.
In 1992 Red House Construction carried out a full refurbishment of Welford Place, a former Gentlemen’s club into a bar restaurant in Leicester city centre.
In 1998 Red House Construction carried out another full refurbishment, including significant new build construction of the Wig & Mitre, a grade 1 listed building in the shadow of Lincoln Cathedral.
In 2011 Red House Constructions services were again used to refurbish The Bell at Coleby, a Premium quality Restaurant with bar, located in a conservation village in Lincolnshire.
During this time, i have also have also had the privilege of commissioning Red House Construction to carry out routine maintenance in all the sites have I been involved in.
Red House Construction have always been my first and automatic choice for anything involving my premises, the quality of finish and attention to detail is unique, their ability to solve problems as they arise is truly impressive and their calm measured reactions to any unforeseen situations is second to none. Red House Construction has highly sophisticated project management skills, and never fails to meet cost and deadline targets. I would never recommend anyone else for any design and build project.
